Partners’ evidenced-based programs provide socialization while improving health status. Join us for an 8-week Virtual Enhance Fitness workshop that helps participants become more active and empowered to sustain independent lives. It focuses on dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility to help older adults maintain health and function as they age. Participants’ progress can be measured with fitness checks.
