Congratulations to Victoria Loy for receiving Employee of the Month for July 2023.
She started her professional role with Partners in Care Foundation in 2018. She has been an outstanding member of the Development team since that time and was promoted to Development Manager last year. Under her direction, the Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud data base was totally reorganized and updated including over 8,000 records of donors and prospects, contact information, properly integrating accounts to the Financial Edge system used in our Finance Department and coordinating our Prospect Management capabilities. One of the major focuses of the Development Department is the annual tribute dinner that has grown to include over 400 guests and an extensive program. During that process, Victoria is key to managing the many operations including sponsorships, correspondence with funders and donors, event details, volunteers and extensive follow up. Development also runs an Annual Fund campaign that Victoria is integral in producing, coordinating the posting and thank you letters from all donations with Finance. She also works with committee members on the Tribute Dinner Committee, Strategic Advancement Committee and Board of Councilors. Her job responsibilities also include working on the back end of the Partners website, coordinating the quarterly issues of the Partners newsletter with Marketing, overseeing the automated workflow integration system Mail Chimp, updating and compiling mailing lists, and coordinating the printing of ongoing materials with the printer and mail house. Lastly, she assists in training other team members with a friendly attitude. She received her BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and her MA in Sociology from CSUN.
