Congratulations to Susana Gomez for receiving Employee of the Month for December!
Susana has been with Partners in Care Foundation since July 2021 as a Social Work Care Manager. Social work promotes social change, development, cohesion and the empowerment of people and communities. It is both challenging and empowering to be a social worker and Susana has demonstrated great emotional stability and resiliency through her work performance. She is insightful, sensitive, perceptive, and diligent. She has truly proven her resilience and strength through the challenging circumstances that we have been facing and continue to face.
Susana has a “YES” attitude and can adapt and tackle challenges that come her way. She is a strong individual with an open mindset to learn and better herself. Susana demonstrates a strong multicultural understanding which is very important, especially with Partners and MSSP.
Susana is truly a team player and has stepped in to assist with additional tasks outside of her social work duties. She is adored by her participants, and she always goes out of her way to ensure that she meets the needs of her participants. Susana can connect with others in a way that is effortless and judgment free. She loves what she does, and we are delighted to have her on our team!
