We are recognizing the powerhouse individuals apart of Partners in Care Foundations’ Home & Community-Based Alternatives Waiver (HCBA) team. Despite the challenges that occur while growing a new program especially during the COVID19 pandemic, these amazing women have beat adversity with teamwork and resilience. Challenges included a staff shortage where many team members had to step up and take on additional caseloads to fill those gaps. Our team also showed success in efficiently processing intakes as they come to avoid placing participants on a waitlist. They worked with enthusiasm and perseverance, and results show!
