Congratulations to Rebecca Holik, for receiving Employee of the Month for January 2023! Rebecca has been the Director of Network since February 2021 and oversees multiple contracts for Partners short-term programs. From the first day she started, she has been eager to learn the programs and sort through obstacles and help create efficiencies within our programs/teams.
Her work has been critical in maintaining relationships with payors such as Ground Game Health, Providence, UCLA, Anthem, Blue Shield, Molina, Health Net, L.A Care, and the Beverly Hills Fire Department – she leads our work with multiple lines of business. Rebecca is a straight shooter and works with her team to deliver real outcomes. Her ability to work quickly and efficiently allows her to juggle the intense amount of work with her team.
She remains optimistic in challenging times and pushes forward. Her team feels supported and cared for by her. They report that she is always available to help them and they love her Excel sheets. Her team is grateful for her efforts to continue to develop them in all areas including communications and job functions.
