The Partners in Care Foundation is accepting enrollment for the Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) in Kern County. This program serves at-risk seniors (65+) in need of extra care and services at home. MSSP provides various resources to make the lives of patients and members safer and more efficient, like transportation services to and from medical facilities, access to wheelchairs and at home wheelchair ramps for patients with mobility issues, installation of grab bars and emergency services to prevent falls at home, and more!
Kern County Residents 65+ who are qualified for Medi-Cal, and functionally impaired or have a medical condition that makes it difficult to complete everyday activities, may be eligible for MSSP.
All services provided by Partners’ MSSP Program are completely FREE!
