These successes reflect their deep caring about our crucial Mission to touch the lives of those faced with great challenges with health conditions made worse by poverty and other vital social factors. Below you will see the stories of these two staff in their work at our agency.
Renee Ochoa, MSW has been part of the MSSP South team for over 15 years. She has demonstrated remarkable dedication, expertise, and leadership in her role as an MSSP Supervisor. Renee’s profound insight into addressing the complex needs of our MSSP participants has been invaluable to the team. She consistently goes above and beyond, offering her support and guidance to both her colleagues and the participants she serves. Throughout her time at Partners, she has also mentored GSWEC interns, helping shape the next generation of social workers through her experience as a field instructor and preceptor. Renee’s kindness and generosity extend beyond her work responsibilities. Whether she is greeting visitors at the MSSP South office with a warm smile, ensuring they are comfortable with refreshments, or providing compassionate care to those facing difficult times, Renee’s dedication to others is evident in everything she does. Her unwavering commitment to her team and our participants has made a significant impact on our program, and we are honored to have her as part of our organization. We are incredibly grateful for all that she brings to the MSSP team and our participants.
Michael Smith joined Partners in October 2021 as a Data Coordinator, and he is a valuable asset to Partners’ Data team. Michael has shown his dedication and work ethic and has been a great team member over these years. Since the creation of the Data and Analytics team he has been cross training on new tasks, and he has successfully adapted to evolving departmental roles and has contributed significantly to various reporting tasks. He now supports the STSS team along with claims billing and reporting. Michael consistently embraces new challenges and approaches all of his responsibilities with dedication and excellence and always brings a bright demeanor. In addition to his role at Partners, Michael has many talents which include website design, and he is a co-owner of a film production company. This along with so many other qualities have made him an excellent team member and his experience and customer service focus has made him an incredible asset to our team.
