Congratulations to Sirenia Trevino for receiving Employee of the Month for June 2022. Sirenia has been with Partners’ for about a year now, but joined the Care Transitions team in January 2022. Sirenia shows determination, is driven, self-motivated, and really wants to touch the lives of as many people as she can.
Sirenia has a positive attitude toward her team and her clients, and her personality is very motivating. Since joining the Care Transitions team, Sirenia has consistently surpassed the team weekly goal of home visits completed and people outreached. She really enjoys connecting with as many clients as possible. She manages her time and case load well.
Upon returning to home visits, Sirenia was eager to get out and connect with her clients in person and has done that while continuing to surpass her goals. She drives others to be successful and that is an asset to any team. It is a pleasure to work with Sirenia and have her a part of the Partners’ team. Congratulations again!
