Congratulations to Nazar Makadsi for receiving Employee of the Month for April 2023.
Nazar joined Partners in Care Foundation in June 2022 as Data Coordinator in the Community Wellness Department. He was instrumental in the department’s ability to report to its funders, streamlining processes and procedures to ensure all team members were supported. Nazar is also beloved by his workshop participants, as he facilitates the Arthritis Exercise and Matter of Balance programs in the community.
Staff, community partners, and volunteers alike count it a joy to work with him!
In February 2023, Nazar was promoted to the role of Project Associate with the Dignity at Home Fall Prevention Program, through which he assists older adults at risk for falls in Los Angeles with home modification goods and services. Nazar’s tenacity in ensuring deadlines are met, excellent communication, willingness to lend a helping hand, and team first attitude have made him a strong member of the Community Wellness team. He is a natural educator and is quickly developing strong leadership qualities that will allow him to excel even further.
