Danny is on the Analytics team and has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and invaluable contributions to the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Short Term Supports and Services Teams, making him a standout partner in our efforts to build compliance, care plans, and reassessment reports for our ECM program. Danny has remarkable patience and willingness to work closely with us as we navigate through various ideas and concepts. He understands that building a strong foundation for compliance and care plans requires careful consideration and, at times, modifications. Danny’s efficiency and commitment to meeting target completion times have been nothing short of impressive.
His quick work pace not only ensures that our projects stay on track but also allows us to achieve our goals promptly. Moreover, his flexibility in scheduling meetings and his willingness to provide clarity on complex matters are qualities that we truly appreciate.
In addition to his technical skills, Danny embodies the spirit of partnership. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and is never annoyed by the multitude of questions we have.
