Congratulations to Diep Luu for being honored as Employee of the Month! She has been with the agency since July of 2021 and is apart of the Marketing and Communications Department. In this role, Diep handles a wide range of communications duties, and played a vital role in significantly increasing social media visibility for Partners on Facebook, Twitter and especially Linkedin. In addition, she has been crafting stories describing the outstanding work done by Partners’ service departments (LTSS, Network, Community Wellness, Workforce Development) for use by Development for our quarterly newsletters, on social media, and on our website.
Earlier projects Diep undertook was the development of a Brand Guide, which she then followed with a Publicity Guide, as well as engaged closely with a news reporter to land positive media coverage in Kern County for Partners’ Multipurpose Senior Services Program.
Diep brings a quiet but enthusiastic approach to her work here at Partners. Her ideas are creative and her follow-through consistent. This has led to her gaining many fans throughout the agency for the insight and assistance she brings to their projects. Congratulations Diep on this recognition!
