Congratulations to Cynthia Rodriguez for receiving Employee of the Month for March 2023! Cynthia started with Partners in Care Foundation under the Network department in 2019 as an engagement center agent. We now have the honor of working with her as a transition coach for the Care Transition Choices program.
Cynthia is always ready to tackle any obstacle that comes her way. She goes above and beyond for her patients to meet their needs and make their transition home from the hospital as smooth as possible. Cynthia works hard to help her patients and doesn’t give up when encountering obstacles such as insurance denials, urgent medical equipment needs, or not having a clear solution at the time. She will still get the job done and works diligently to find the resources her patients need to safely transition home.
As a team member, Cynthia is always there to help answer any questions you might have. She is very knowledgeable about resources in the community and is our go-to person. We are grateful to have Cynthia on our team. Cynthia, thank you for all your hard work and for always brightening our day!
