Congratulations! Chad Taylor has been chosen as one of Partners’ two Employees of the Month. Chad joined Partners in 2019 as a temporary employee for the Call Center under the Short Term Support Services Division. He transitioned into the Long Term Support Services Division, Home Community Based Alternatives Waiver (HCBA) in early 2020. Chad started with the HCBA program as a Program Assistant where he completed various administrative tasks such as recruiting new HCBA service providers, assisting them in becoming contracted with Medi-Cal and HCBA, and assuring our providers maintained active licensure and state certifications. He also validated HCBA participants monthly Medi-Cal eligibility and helped create tracking logs to ensure maintenance of information which furthermore provided HCBA Care Managers with visual handouts to complete case management tasks. Effective August 2021, Chad was promoted to Program Coordinator where he assumed the duties of managing the program data for the HCBA intake and enrolled cases, a key role to keeping the waiver running efficiently and smoothly. He continually manages all tracking logs and communications both internally and externally with our fellow HCBA Waiver Agencies and the Department of Health Care Services. Chad is dedicated, reliable, and actively seeks out skill development. Our team finds him to be a pleasure to work with in all facets.
