Partners in Care Foundation is pleased to announce the promotion of Briana Hathaway as the agency’s new VP of Human Resources. Partners was founded in 1997, and Briana joined the agency in 1999 as the HR Coordinator. She now oversees all HR functions. Until recently, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, and was responsible for hiring almost every staff member at Partners.
Briana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and has more than 30 years of Human Resources management and business experience. During her time at Partners, she has been an integral leader in expanding the agency. Under her direction, the Partners team has grown from 12 staff members to currently more than 200!
Partners proudly celebrates Briana’s great work on the Executive Team and recognizes her commitment and role in building the agency to what it is today.
