This esteemed award recognizes Anwar’s visionary leadership in advancing the integration of health and social data across California. His work has been instrumental in driving innovation in care coordination and creating robust data-sharing frameworks that are transforming healthcare delivery.

Connecting For Better Health (C4BH) is a nonprofit coalition committed to advancing data exchange across California. Their Annual Dinner celebrates individuals and organizations who are pioneering change and making a significant impact in communities through data sharing and collaboration.
