Congratulations! Anton Gladky has been chosen as one of Partners’ two Employees of the Month. Anton has provided data analysis, reporting, and serves as a bridge between the IT department and the Health Homes Program (HHP). On several occasions, Anton worked overtime to meet hard reporting deadlines given by HHP managed care plans. In addition, he developed several Quality Assurance reports and systems to assure we are complying with contracts, grants, and strategic partnerships. As a result, HHP audit scores improved over the last several months and staff have clarity on the status of HHP program goals. In addition to improving the quality of HHP data and reporting, Anton offers and aids the entire HHP team and other LTSS programs when needed. He is well deserving of this special recognition.
