Congratulations Aloyce Rachel on achieving two decades of exemplary work service with Partners in Care Foundation! Aloyce has been with Partners since 2003, where she started as a Care Manager, and in January 2023, she celebrated 20 years with the agency! This is an amazing milestone that highlights the astounding work Aloyce has contributed as Senior Director of the Multi-Purpose Seniors Services Program (MSSP).
Aloyce attended California State University, Northridge where she obtained her Masters’ in Counseling Psychology, but discovered her passion was working with seniors. She was especially passionate about working with the underrepresented and those living with chronic health conditions when she began her role as a care manager for a Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) in 1987. Once MSSP was adopted by Partners’ in 2003, Aloyce brought her expertise and skills to the agency, and was instrumental in the onboarding process of three of Partners’ four MSSP sites – South Los Angeles, Kern County, and Santa Barbara.
According to Aloyce, she views her responsibilities, as Senior Director of Partners’ MSSP, “not as a job but rather a calling, a mission and a purpose.”
Francisco Moreno, a MSSP Supervisor who has worked closely with Aloyce for many years, reflects, “Aloyce is highly knowledgeable about MSSP. Her support as a director helps to make the teams’ job and work enjoyable and more manageable.”
Lusine Dzhimbashyan, another MSSP Supervisor, describes Aloyce as “approachable, easy to talk to, and supportive.” She adds, “Because Aloyce has been working in the department for so long, she has a lot of experience and is always willing to provide guidance and explain things thoroughly for clarity,”
Aloyce, thank you for being such a valuable member of our team. You set an exemplary standard for all of Partners’ staff with your work ethic and your dedication. Thank you for everything you have done for us all these years, and we look forward to the impactful work you will bring to Partners’ for many more years to come.
