Partners GREAT CATCH AWARD goes to Aloyce Rachal. Aloyce is a senior director for Partners in Care Foundation’s Multipurpose Senior Services Program. She received this award because she identified that a vendor had violated their contract by hiring a member’s caregiver to provide authorized Personal Care services, which was a conflict of interest. Ultimately their invoice was voided and the member’s caregiver was notified that she cannot request personal care from an agency to pay herself.
