Congratulations to Carol Foerstel for receiving Employee of the Month for December 2022. Carol Foerstel has been a nurse with our Network department since 2014. She started with our Face-to-Face Community-Based Adult Services program, a Medi-Cal program that offers eligibility assessments to eligible older adults and/or adults with disabilities to qualify them to receive Adult Day Health Services (CBAS) and prevent inappropriate nursing home placement. In addition to Face-to-Face program, Carol has worked on other programs such as the Assisted Living Waiver in the Long-Term Supports and Services department. Carol balances her daily workload extremely well with her organization skills and is always looking for ways to help the organization. Her supervisor and team all agree that Carol is kind, compassionate, and easy to get along with. She is a mentor to many new nurses and have always express willingness to help. We are all proud to have Carol as part of the team.
