Congratulations to Jelah Lugue for receiving Employee of the Month for October 2022. Jelah Lugue joined Partners in Care Foundation as the Human Resources Coordinator in October 2021. She graduated in 2020 from DeVry University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management specializing in Human Resources Management.
Prior to working at Partners, Jelah was in payroll processing for a Los Angeles based large home health company, and was the payroll assistant at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. Jelah is incredibly knowledgeable in payroll, onboarding, audit compliance, license verification, and other compliance related monthly requirements that are processed in Human Resources.
She is an essential part of Partners’ HR team, helping with onboarding new employees and ensuring the process is easy and effective. Jelah is friendly, reliable, punctual, and attentive. She always shows up to work with a smile on her face and ready to assist anywhere she is needed.
