On Thursday September 22nd, Community Wellness Program Coordinators Zana Douglas and Aleidy Delgado, Community Linkages Specialist Erika Ramirez, and MSSP South Supervisor Francisco Moreno participated in City of Carson’s Senior Health Fair.
The staff from both the Multipurpose Senior Services Program and Community Wellness distributed information about both programs as they spoke to many seniors from the area and connected with other organizations that offer services to the senior community in and around the city of Carson.
Seniors received information about the evidence-based classes offered by the Community Wellness department and about the in-home services that MSSP provides to seniors. Partners in Care has held successful workshops in the city of Carson and has also provided the benefits of MSSP to residents 65+ in the area.
