Employee of the Month
Jacil Anduyo, joined Partners in Care Foundation in August 2021. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and majored in accounting from St. Paul University in Manila Philippines. We are very happy to have her in Finance to take on the responsibility as Accounts Payable Specialist and is responsible for the finance administrative and clerical support for Partners, keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including mileage reimbursements, purchase orders, invoices, American Express statements, and Amazon purchases. She is a team player and her timely communications have been a tremendous help with across departments.
Sarah Fitzgerald works with the Home Community Based Alternatives (HCBA) Waiver Program and Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) as a program assistant. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from California State University Fresno, and has been with Partners HCBA program since 2021. Her work has been critical to maintaining evolving relationships between Partners and contracted vendors. Recently, Sarah has become involved with the Assisted Living Waiver where she has enhanced the program applications and waitlist process. Her reliable, organized, and resourceful working style has led to enhancements within each program. She is a great asset to the foundation, as her innovative and team-oriented style always creates a positive and successful work environment.
