Partners in Care Foundation is honored to receive the Care Management LTSS Accreditation Certificate from the NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE – NCQA for our CalAIM Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program.
We received a score of 98%, which extends our accreditation period through 2025. This accreditation acknowledges Partners’ attention to detail, focus on quality, and reaffirms our commitment to providing efficient person-centered care.
