Congratulations to Patty Mendoza-Flores for receiving Employee of the Month for February 2022!
Patty brings a thoughtful approach to leadership. She started as a Social Work Care Manager in our Multipurpose Senior Services Program in 2003 and has been observed interacting with peers, supervisors, administrators, participants, and caregivers in a courteous and professional manner. Recently, she was promoted to MSSP Supervisor in Santa Barbara and has demonstrated initiative and determination. She is respectful and supportive of her new team and community alike and confident of the future growth of the department. Patty is someone we can rely on to get the job done.
