Congratulations to William “Bill” Monahan for receiving Employee of the Month! Monahan started with Partners in February 2021 as a temporary Engagement Center employee. He quickly showed what a great asset he was to the Engagement Center team through his natural ability to get members to feel comfortable with him on the phone, hence easily increasing enrollment in varies programs.
In October, he became a full-time employee and has excelled in all of the projects he has been a part of, including our Blue Marble study intended to help reduce fall risks. One of Monahan’s greatest strengths is his ability to listen and really capture member’s needs. He supersedes all others in one of Network’s biggest programs, Anthem. He achieves this by demonstrating a sincere desire to help members by allowing them to freely open up and share their needs and concerns.
He is a team player, always offering to help fellow teammates. He loves a good joke and is a movie fanatic whose father actually played as an extra in a movie with Elvis!
