We are pleased to announce Sylvia Whitaker has been selected as one of Partners’ two Employees of the Month. She has been with Partners since 1997 when the organization was established and worked with our CEO June Simmons before that at both Huntington Hospital and the VNA, Partners’ predecessor. All told they have been a team for 36 years. Sylvia is a founding member of Partners’ original employee team and has served with great talent and commitment for the agency’s entire 23 years as executive assistant to the CEO and operations manager for the San Fernando office. Sylvia’s talents and duties are wide ranging. She is our voice when the phone rings, our ambassador greeting guests at the door, a resource for our Board of Directors, and the brain that makes the incredible task of scheduling for the Executive Team and our Board Committees happen smoothly and efficiently. Her broad array of organizational talents helps all, always with great charm and cheer. She is willing to help without hesitation, is professional, dependable and has excellent organizational skills.
